Natural Development Austin, LLC has prepared this presentation and posted it on the Belterra Community web site for the following purposes:

• Present a summary of the presentation given at the Belterra Commercial Tract Concept Plan public forums given at the Rooster Springs Elementary School cafeteria on March 3, 2009 and at the Dripping Springs City Hall on March 4, 2009.
• Provide a review of the concept plan presentation to those residents who attended the community forum and so those residents who could not attend the community forum can see the plan.
• Provide a categorized list of concerns and questions voiced by our residents and the community during the two public meetings and to include those concerns that were submitted by email after the public meetings.
• Provide an overview of the process we are going through with the City and what our next steps will be.
• Provide a way to keep our residents up to date as the project moves forward and more specific information becomes available.
