This 106 acres is our front door, and to date we only have 750
homes out of the 2000 planned for Belterra. We have an aligned
interest with our residents in ensuring that what we do on the 106
acres is beneficial to property values in the community.
We are currently working on agreements with the City of Dripping
Springs to formalize this concept plan. We realize that the
conceptual nature of the plan at this point may be disappointing,
but we will provide updates as the architects further refine our
drawings and as the agreements move through the public review
process.
We expect future public hearings at the City of Dripping Springs
Planning and Zoning and City Council meetings. We encourage
Belterra residents to voice their support or concerns to the City at
the public meetings. We will publicize the meeting dates as soon
as they are set.
