Architectural Review

About the AMC
The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of the Belterra Community Association state that all improvements to the home's exterior must be approved by the Architectural Modification Committee (AMC) before construction. The Belterra Board of Directors appoints the AMC.

To submit an AMC application, please complete all of the following items:
1. Completed signed application
2. Include site survey with setbacks and build lines
3. Include a detailed design plan with photos
4. Submit a $30 application check (made out to Belterra HOA) or online payment.
5. Submit signed Neighbor Awareness Form

Once all items are complete, you may drop off the application at the Rec Center's management office or email a PDF version to the management office at belterratx@ccmcnet.com. You can find more Architectural information by clicking on "Forms and Documents" below:
