Belterra’s swim complex features a resort-style swimming pool, play pool, and a separate lap pool. It provides a perfect backdrop for family playtime and a welcome respite from the central Texas heat. Adults and children alike will enjoy the pool layout with its beach-style entry and water features that delight even the youngest children.

IMPORTANT:
Swim At Your Own Risk Waiver must be filled out to have key fob access to the pool area. You will not be granted access to the pool without those filled out.

Swim At Your Own Risk Waiver
If your key fob is denied access at the pool due to your form not being filled out, please contact the management office at 512-301-7770 or email dmerket@ccmcnet.com. Please allow 24 hours for your key fob access to be updated once you’ve filled out the necessary forms.
If you need to purchase an additional key fob, they are a $25 check or online payment through the Belterra Square which can be found under "Forms" in "Resident Services".
If you purchase a key fob via Belterra Square online, please contact Darla at 512-301-7770 or dmerket@ccmcnet.com to schedule a day and time to pick it up from the Recreation Center Office.

Belterra Marlins Swim Team

The Belterra Marlins are a summer swim team for Belterra residents only that has an eight-week season starting the first week of May until the end of June each year. Swimmers compete in swim meets against other teams in the Capital City Summer League each Saturday, with some meets held at Belterra. The Marlins also practice at the Belterra Rec Center Swim Complex. Below you will find this summer's Marlins practice and meet schedule. Per the existing agreement, the Marlins have exclusive use of the Swim Complex during the three swim meets per year; however, anyone is free to use the pool during their practices.
